Gastro-tourism well-being: the interplays of salient and enduring determinants

Purpose The purpose of this study is to develop and test an integrated structural gastro-tourism wellbeing model consisting food-related lifestyle leisure attitude as a precursor the consumption enjoyment experience with satisfaction, life domain outcomes, tourism autobiographical memory satisfaction outcomes enjoyment. Design/methodology/approach conceptual was assessed quantitative data collected from tourists based on their deliberate incidental experiences ( N = 617). Findings findings indicated that significantly influences memory. Life have enduring influence over time. Food-related are salient determinants significant experience. Satisfaction contributes regardless type (deliberate versus incidental). Research limitations/implications This research extends our knowledge in well quality or wellbeing. Originality/value has offered framework measure interplays Future studies will benefit baseline linking satisfaction.
